It's back! Boise's favorite holiday bike ride - Cranksgiving! This year Valley Regional Transit and City Go bring the Thanksgiving-themed scavenger hunt on bikes back to help families in need. On Saturday, November 20, 2021, teams of participants will use their bikes to gather a list of items to fill Thanksgiving food boxes. The boxes are donated to Saint Vincent de Paul for distribution to families in need throughout the Treasure Valley.

Entry is free, but participants should expect to purchase food items necessary to fill the food boxes.  Prizes will be awarded to the three fastest teams, the team bringing in the biggest turkey, and the best-costumed team. Final details are still being worked out, but we expect to have a more-or-less normal mass start to the event and a raucous after-party with live music, beer, wine, and food.
