Cranksgiving is a bike race, scavenger hunt, & cyclist event raising funds, awarenesses, and support for local nonprofits! All are welcome! About this Event This year's ride will look a bit different in order to be more COVID-friendly and to ensure that we maximize the impact of the donations our community partners receive. Riders will cycle around Brooklyn, stopping at various checkpoints where they'll complete a fun task or trivia question and be able to donate directly to charities. Prizes will be given away for best costume, most creative Instagram post, and most generous donor/rider, etc. Everyone has a chance to win. The ride is open to ALL riders of all skill levels and casual riders are encouraged to attend. You can come as a group or do the ride on your own. MASKS ARE REQUIRED. There is no fee to participate but you should bring cash and/or a credit card to make donations to the various charities. Cranksgiving is a food drive on wheels that is part bike race, part scavenger hunt that started in Manhattan in 1998 and now happens in cities all across the world. Brooklyn Cranksgiving began in 2016 so 2020 marks it's 5th anniversary. Come be part of the fun!
