Description:
Cranksgiving is a food drive on two wheels. Part bike ride, part alley cat scavenger hunt. All you need is a bicycle, a lock and a bag!

Pedal the streets and trails of White Center/Seattle as you search for specific ingredients that make up a Thanksgiving dinner. Once you've collected all items and arrived at the finish, this feast will be donated to our town's most needy. This event is FREE, but you'll need $15-20 to purchase food. Donations will support the West Seattle Food Bank.

Here's what you need to know:
Event starts and ends at Future Primitive Brewing on Sunday November 21, 2021. Each rider or team (max of four per team) will be provided with a manifest to guide you on your scavenger hunt. Plan on getting there around 11:00am. We will have a quick pre-ride meeting to discuss instructions, safety information, etc. and then expect to be on your way by 11:30! Return no later than 3:30pm, awards will be at 4:00pm.

Points will be awarded for each item you buy and each stop you make. There will also be other fun challenges along the way. Costumes are encouraged, smiles are required. All skill levels are welcome! Recognition will be given after the event to our fastest riders, most generous riders, best dressed, etc. Word on the street is Lenox Latinx Soul Food will be at the brewery by the time riders return.

Donations at the start line will earn bonus points. Items accepted include (in new/like new condition): Sleeping bags, towels, new underwear, XXL/XXXL clothing, work boots, backpacks, suitcases with wheels, spring jackets, tents.
